TraSpScale provides flexible coworking spaces, meeting rooms, and related services across the United Kingdom. Our services include:

• Hot desk access
• Dedicated desk rentals
• Private office spaces
• Meeting room bookings
• Business support services
• Networking events and community activities

3. Membership and Access

Membership Requirements

To become a member, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate registration information
• Agree to these Terms of Service
• Pay applicable membership fees

Access Hours

Standard access hours are Monday through Friday, 24/7. Weekend access is available for members with appropriate membership levels.

4. Payment Terms

Membership fees are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due on the first day of each month. Late payments may result in suspension of access privileges.

Refund Policy

Membership fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Cancellations require 30 days written notice.

6. Facility Use

Equipment and Furniture

Members may use provided equipment and furniture with care. Any damage must be reported immediately and may result in charges for repair or replacement.

Personal Property

TraSpScale is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to personal property. Members use storage facilities at their own risk.

7. Intellectual Property

Members retain ownership of their intellectual property. TraSpScale may use member company names and logos for marketing purposes unless specifically requested otherwise.

8. Privacy and Confidentiality

Members must respect the confidentiality of other members' business activities and personal information. Our Privacy Policy governs the collection and use of personal data.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate membership with 30 days written notice. TraSpScale reserves the right to terminate membership immediately for violations of these terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

TraSpScale's liability is limited to the amount of membership fees paid in the current month. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
